The Department Board has the following composition:

1. Members:

a) The director.

b) Vice director

c) Secretary

d) Section heads

e) Area Managers

f) The head of administration of the UTG 



2. Elective members:

g) A representative of each of the PDI-A sectors and of the PDI-B1, PDIB2, PDI-B3 and PDI-B4 classifications, elected by those who are members of the Council.

h) The representative of undergraduate and master's degree students at the Council.

i) A representative of the doctoral programs promoted by the Department that is a member of the Council chosen by the members of the Department of the academic committees of the doctoral programs.

i) A representative of the research groups where the person in charge is a member of the Department Council chosen by those responsible for the Department's research groups.



In the votes, each member of the Board can cast only one vote, regardless of the number of representations it holds.
