Article 28. Nature

The assembly is the body where all the members of the Department are directly represented.

Article 29. Assembly mandate

The mandate of the assembly is indefinite.

Article 30. Assembly Composition

All members of the Department are members of the Assembly. 

Article 31. Assembly operation

The Assembly will have a Permanent Board, which is the tool to make the transparency and transfer of the opinions of the members of the Department.



The Assembly will meet at least once a year in an ordinary manner, and provided that 15% of its members request it, in an extraordinary way.
